Logistics Director
Matthew Lopez, director of logistics, oversees contract activities to make sure operations flow smoothly, instructs accordingly, and perform properly. Matthew recruits, certifies, and hires new Peace Officers and Flaggers. Matthew oversees all onsite duties of Peace officers and Flaggers always looking to improve the traffic control process.
Matthew graduated from the University of Houston Downtown Police Academy in 2016. (BPOC 287) Matthew has since been in Law Enforcement for 6 years becoming a Peace Officer specializing in traffic control and safety. He exemplifies arduous work ethic and commitment to general contractors and Traffic Enforcement & Safety Services.
James Harris IV, Co-Founder
Operations Director
James Harris, director of operations, manages various activities such as finances, administrative documents, contract development, and regulatory compliance. James solicits various construction and engineering companies to work with Traffic Enforcement and Safety Services. James is always searching for advantages for operational management to ensure Traffic Enforcement and Safety Services continues to provide superb service.
James graduated from the University of Houston Downtown Police Academy in 2016. (BPOC 287) James has been in different forms of Law Enforcement for 10 years serving as a Security Officer, Detention Officer, and now a Peace Officer. James has since specialized in traffic control and safety for 5 years. He characterizes proactive service and commitment to general contractors and Traffic Enforcement and Safety Services.
